Ingredients
1 frozen pizza dough ball (16 ounces), thawed
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup roasted red pepper strips, drained
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°; spray 12-inch cast-iron or oven-safe skillet with cooking spray. Press dough onto bottom of skillet, stretching 1 inch up the sides; poke several times with fork to vent. Spread sauce over dough; top with cheese, mushrooms and pepper. Bake pizza 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crisp

 

2. With spatula, transfer pizza to cutting board; cut into 8 slices.
